Thank you for your interest in Covenant United Methodist Church.  We believe that we are called to be the hands and feet of Christ in Gastonia's Firestone community.  Our church was the second Methodist church in Gastonia and was established to serve this community in 1897.  We are still finding ways to serve today.  We find that when we express God's love in the community around us, we experience God's love in a deeper way.  Our worship services are casual.  Wear what you feel comfortable in.  We sing both traditional hymns and contemporary praise choruses.  We hope
